At Plumbing on the Peninsula, I'm upfront about pricing—no hidden fees, no tricky terms. Whether it’s a quick fix or a bigger job, l'll walk you through the costs before we get started so you feel confident every step of the way.

Here’s a simple breakdown of our standard pricing and terms, so you know exactly what to expect.

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

Call-Out Fee

• $198 (includes the first hour on-site)

• $175 for pensioners

Labour Rates

• $55 per half hour after the initial call-out

Materials

• Any required materials will be added to the total. We’ll always discuss these with you on-site before proceeding—so there are no surprises.

Example

Burst Pipe Repair (1.5 hrs total on site)

$198 (first hour) + $55 (half hour) + $77 (materials) = $330

Specialist Services

• Blocked drains - Hydro Jetter – $275 first hour, then $88 per half hour there after if required.

• Drain Camera & Report – From $440

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless arranged otherwise. We accept EFT, credit card, and cash.

After-Hours Work

Jobs outside standard hours (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm) incur a surcharge of 1.5x our standard rates.

Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on standard site access and conditions unless noted otherwise.
